Is Crosswords free?

Yes. Crosswords is a free download and includes 40 puzzles by Ben Tausig to start with. Crosswords Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks following puzzle sources and the Older Puzzles archive. Puzzle bundles are sold separately.

Is Crosswords Pro a subscription?

No. Crosswords Pro is a permanent, non-expiring purchase. Buy it once and it stays unlocked on every device signed in to your account.

Does my progress sync from my iPhone to my iPad and Mac?

Yes. Your library and solve progress sync through your Crosswords account, so a puzzle you start on your iPhone is waiting where you left it on your iPad or Mac.

Can I open .puz and .jpz files?

Yes. Crosswords imports Across Lite .puz files, .jpz files and its own .pzl format, so you can solve puzzles from anywhere.

I bought Pro or a bundle before. Do I need to buy it again?

No. Tap Restore Purchases in Settings and the App Store will restore everything you own.
